1. Our Services

The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Those who access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Our intellectual property. We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, the "Content"), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos (the "Marks"). Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws worldwide. The Content and Marks are provided "AS IS" for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Your use of our Services. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, including the PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES section below, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to (a) access the Services; and (b) download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

Except as set out here or elsewhere in these Terms, no part of the Services, Content, or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission. For permissions, email admin@myastrodasha.com. If permission is granted, you must identify us as the owner/licensor and retain copyright/proprietary notices.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted. Any breach of this section is a material breach and will immediately terminate your right to use the Services.

3. User Representations

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) you have legal capacity and agree to these Terms; (2) you are not a minor in your jurisdiction, or have parental permission; (3) you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means (bots, scripts, etc.); (4) you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose; and (5) your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations. We may suspend or terminate your account for untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete information.

4. Purchases and Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. Update your email, payment method, and card expiry promptly. Sales tax may apply. Prices may change at any time. All payments are in INR.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect (including any shipping fees) and authorise us to charge your chosen payment provider when you place an order. We may correct pricing errors even after requesting or receiving payment.

We may refuse any order and may limit or cancel quantities per person, household, or order (including by account, payment method, and billing/shipping address). We may limit or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

5. Subscriptions

Cancellation. All purchases are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time by contacting us using the information below; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term. For questions, email admin@myastrodasha.com.

Fee Changes. We may change subscription fees and will communicate changes in accordance with applicable law.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make them available. Prohibited activities include (non-exhaustively): systematic data retrieval; deception to obtain sensitive data; interfering with security features; disparaging or harming us/the Services; harassment; misuse of support; unlawful use; unauthorised framing/linking; transmission of malware/spam; automated use (bots, scrapers); removing proprietary notices; impersonation; passive/active data collection beacons; undue burden on our systems; bypassing access measures; copying/adapting software; reverse engineering; launching unauthorised automated systems; using buying agents; unauthorised collection of user data; competing with us using the Services; and advertising or offering to sell goods/services via the Services.

7. User Generated Contributions

The Services do not offer users the ability to submit or post content. You and Services agree that we may access, store, process, and use any information and personal data you provide according to the Privacy Policy and your choices. By submitting suggestions or feedback, you agree we may use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation.

8. Contribution Licence

As user submissions are not accepted on the Services, this section is reserved. If that changes, include licence terms here (e.g., non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, etc.).

9. Guidelines for Reviews

We may provide areas to leave reviews or ratings. When posting a review, you must: (1) have firsthand experience; (2) avoid profanity and hateful/abusive language; (3) avoid discriminatory references; (4) avoid references to illegal activity; (5) avoid conflicts (e.g., competitors posting negative reviews); (6) not make legal conclusions; (7) avoid false/misleading statements; and (8) not organise review campaigns.

We may accept, reject, or remove reviews at our discretion and have no obligation to screen or delete them. Reviews are not endorsed by us. By posting a review, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, assignable, sublicensable licence to reproduce, modify, translate, transmit, display, perform, and distribute all content relating to the review.

10. Services Management

We may (1) monitor the Services for violations of these Terms; (2) take appropriate legal action, including reporting to law enforcement; (3) refuse, restrict, limit, or disable access to any Contributions or portions thereof; (4) remove or disable files/content that are excessive in size or burdensome; and (5) otherwise manage the Services to protect our rights/property and facilitate proper functioning.

11. Privacy Policy

By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. The Services are hosted in India and Nepal. If you access the Services from another region with different data laws, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in India and Nepal.

12. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We may, without notice or liability, deny access (including by blocking certain IPs) to any person for any reason, including breach of these Terms or applicable law. We may terminate your use or participation, or delete any content/information, at any time without warning.

If we terminate or suspend your account, you are prohibited from registering a new account under your name or any third party’s name. We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including civil, criminal, and injunctive remedies.

13. Modifications and Interruptions

We may change, modify, or remove content at any time for any reason without notice and have no obligation to update information. We are not liable for modification, price changes, suspension, or discontinuance. Availability is not guaranteed; maintenance or issues may cause interruptions. You agree we have no liability for downtime or discontinuance, and we are not obligated to provide corrections/updates/releases.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. MyAstroDasha and you irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India for disputes connected with these Terms.

15. Dispute Resolution

You agree to irrevocably submit all disputes related to these Terms or the legal relationship established by them to the jurisdiction of the Indian courts. MyAstroDasha may also bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence or principal place of business (if entered in the course of trade or profession).

16. Corrections

Information on the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including descriptions, pricing, and availability). We reserve the right to correct and update information at any time without prior notice.

17. Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF CONTENT AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR: (1) ERRORS OR INACCURACIES; (2) PERSONAL INJURY/PROPERTY DAMAGE FROM YOUR USE; (3) UNAUTHORISED ACCESS TO SECURE SERVERS/DATA; (4) INTERRUPTION OF TRANSMISSION; (5) BUGS/VIRUSES/TROJANS TRANSMITTED BY THIRD PARTIES; OR (6) ERRORS/OMISSIONS OR LOSS/DAMAGE ARISING FROM CONTENT USE. WE DO NOT ENDORSE OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS/SERVICES ADVERTISED OR LINKED VIA THE SERVICES. EXERCISE CAUTION AND YOUR BEST JUDGMENT.

18. Limitations of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

19. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless (including subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees) from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of your: (1) access to or use of the Services; (2) violation of these Terms; (3) violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; (4) violation of any law or regulation; or (5) negligence or wilful misconduct. We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with our defence of these claims. You agree not to settle any matter without our prior written consent.
